Neat and well stocked room, had a really nice stay on the previous visit. Lovely view of the beach, a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Particularly good and perfect location, relatively close to The Edge Art Gallery.

Our breakfast was large with normal items. Peaceful and absolutely perfect location to newport's historic seaport, all was perfect.

The room was fairly quiet and huge with a/c, had a good night's sleep. Its location minutes away from Pirates Plunder Antique Store was marvellous and stunning.

Small hotel in a really quiet area next to the main bridge as well as the South Beach Fish Market. Fairly quiet and huge room with a lovely view of the ocean. Cozy bed and a good bathroom. Totally such great stay for one night.

Favourable and unbeatable location in Newport, near other sites and the aquarium in Newport OR and South Beach. Nearby Hoover's Pub & Grill - great place to chill out.

The location was absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from a research institute. The staff was helpful and efficient.

We had a great value for our money at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and comfy beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions like the rogue brewery restaurant and aquarium. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, even decorating our room for our honeymoon.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection. While there were plenty of options, it would have been nice to have more variety and faster replenishment of certain items.

In an excellent location. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Good bathrooms with baths (tubs). Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

The lighting in the rooms is pathetic. Because the windows are quite small and the rooms quite large, an overhead light is essential. Table lamps may give an atmospheric glow, but are useless for reading or working.

Quiet hotel with window and ample parking. Good for 1-2 nights. Beds good. All clean. Relatively large room with views to the harbour.

Breakfast with cardboard dishes. American. Coffee's not good. No cheese, no sausage.

Close to the aquarium and other shops and restaurants: This hotel is conveniently located near the Oregon Coast Aquarium, as well as various shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to these attractions, saving you time and transportation costs.

Room cleanliness could be improved: Although the rooms are generally clean, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The hotel should pay closer attention to detail and ensure that every corner is thoroughly cleaned for a more satisfactory experience.

The location was very convenient to the main roads and attractions.

We have absolutely no problem with the facility or staff at Holiday Inn Express. However, we have an enormous problem with the way our reservation was handled. I went to Holiday Inn Express' website thinking I was dealing with them directly. Instead, I got my confirmation from Booked.net. We had an emergency that caused us to have to shorten our trip. What we wanted to do was change the location of our last night from Newport OR to Portland Airport. Evidently, that is not an option and now we are out the room rate, plus we had to book another room. We were not trying to cancel the room outright. We've been Priority Club members since 2002 and have never had a probelm until now. It's entirely likely we will never book a room with Holiday Inn Express again. Thanks for all of your help and concern.

I was delighted with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Newport. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room quickly. The hotel facilities were impeccable and met all my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with a variety of restaurants nearby, including the delicious Off the Hook. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great. Close to the place we wanted to see.
